Do I need to visit the US?
No. BorderlessKit is fully remote. We set everything up from here, and you sign and verify from wherever you live.
Who is this for?
Founders, freelancers and agencies outside the US who want to sell globally, get paid in dollars and operate as an American company.
Why a US company?
Bill clients as an American company, accept card payments through providers such as Stripe, hold US dollars and unlock startup perks built for US companies.

We prepare and check your application so it’s ready to go. The bank makes the final call.

What if I change my mind?
Full refund until we file your company.
